
BESIDE researchers Muhammad Noman Shafique and Zeeshan Arshad recently attended the XVIII International Seminars on Overarching Issues in the European Area, held in Porto, Portugal. This prestigious event, organised by the EU CAP Network, served as a convergence point for ideas and strategies, marked by dynamic discussions and innovative solutions to social, cultural, economic, and environmental issues.
Noman and Zeeshan presented their paper, “Empowering Sustainable Futures: Driving Green Technology Innovation to Enhance Supply Chain Integration and Organisational Performance.” Their presentation focused on the evolving environmental dynamics and their impact on organisational practices. Grounded in the natural resource-based view and dynamic capability theory, their study explored the crucial link between green supply chain integration, green technology innovation, and green innovation performance.
Additionally, Zeeshan presented “Exploring the Nexus of Energy Dynamics, Economic Progress, and Environmental Sustainability in the European Union: Implications for Sustainable Growth.” This insightful presentation delved into the interconnections between energy management, economic development, and environmental sustainability within the EU, offering valuable implications for sustainable growth.
