The second edition of the Soft Transferable Skills Training Programme took place at the Renato Araújo Auditorium, Rectory of the University of Aveiro, from 13th to 15th March.
Organized by BESIDE Era Chair Project and the four Twinning Projects of University of Aveiro, the event aimed at contributing to advance the professional development and to boost and widen the career perspectives of students and researchers. This 2nd edition hosted very interesting workshops on career routes; career development; scientific writing and ethics; mental health; diversity, equity and inclusion; open science; project management; data management; community building for scientists and science innovation.
